• Pan-Seared Halibut- grilled sourdough bread, mango coleslaw, poblano aioli, garlic and herb broccolini

• Prime Beef Medallions Trio- 3oz prime beef medallions, blue cheese crust, bourbon glazed shallots and mushrooms, lemon compound butter, garlic and herb broccolini, loaded baked potato

DESSERT

• German Chocolate Cake- layered with coconut pecan filling, chocolate ganache
