Our NEIPA is bursting with juicy hop flavor and aroma from a blend of American hops, which lends to fruity tropical notes and hazy appearance.
Tritica
Weiss Beer 5.5% abv / 15 BU
One can trace this special wheat ale to a time when Bavarian monks brewed outside the German Purity Law of 1516 which states that wheat not be used in brewing beer. How lucky we are that German beer drinkers and brewers reached a compromise and Weiss beer lives on! Our special Weiss beer is a real unfiltered, cloudy German wheat ale with spicy banana bread flavors and a slight caramel finish.
Confessional IPA
American IPA 6.4% abv / 55 BU
American-style IPA that showcases Summit, Cascade, and Amarillo hops; a hop lovers dream. The use of these types of hops lends our IPA well balanced citrus, piney, floral, and somewhat spicy flavor and aroma. We only use the best pale and caramel malts to give this beer a smooth mellow mouth feel and a slightly sweet malt finish.

Fallen Angel
Vienna-Style Lager 4.8% abv / 18 BU
A classic amber-style lager created in Austria which falls within the family of “fest” beers. This lager has a slightly toasted, nutty malt mouth feel, and very low bitterness. The body is modest with a creamy maltiness and a slight caramel malt accented flavor. Smooth, clean, and crisp are just a few words to describe this elegant amber lager beer.
Solitude Stout
OATMEAL STOUT- 6%ABV/ 30 BU
Creamy in texture through the use of flaked oats in the mash. Moderate roasty bitterness flavors combine with subtle coffee and chocolate notes. Hopped just right for balance.
